• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PPIPanel for any of the following:

• Generating artificial, bot-generated, or fraudulent traffic to your links.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or traffic exchange services to inflate statistics.
• Sharing links to illegal, abusive, misleading, adult (unless permitted), or malware-containing content.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to exploit the platform's systems.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

Earnings & Payments

Earnings are based on valid, human-generated traffic as determined by our systems. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payments if fraud or policy violations are detected. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in your dashboard. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on the PPIPanel platform are the exclusive property of PPIPanel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PPIPanel is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any activity we deem harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, access to your account and its data may be revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a competent court of jurisdiction.
