PPIPanel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and are properly submitted to our designated agent.
If you believe that content accessible through PPIPanel infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, the content may be reinstated.
PPIPanel has a strict policy against repeat infringers. Users who are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others will have their accounts permanently terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Be aware that submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages, attorney's fees, and other costs. Please only submit a takedown notice if you are genuinely the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
